pay their LP&L bill on a monthly basis.

will begin the 1st billing after receipt of the

2. Free Online Payments
Customers have the ability to pay their
bill online with a debit/credit card or bank
account via the Online Payment Center.

Customers have the
ability to pay their bill by phone with a
debit/credit card or bank account. To make a
payment by phone, call (806) 775-3409 and
follow the prompts. |

Customers
may pay their bill at multiple locations
using cash or money orders. |

5. Your Online Banking Options
Customers
may use online bill paying options provided by their
bank to pay their LP&L account.
Payments are posted when LP&L receives the

6. Check By Mail
Customers
may pay their LP&L account by check or
money order through the US Postal Service.

7. Payment In Person and Night Drop Box
Customers have the option of using our drop box,
walk-in and drive-up teller services. City of Lubbock Community Development Housing payments
are also accepted.
